  The worst customer service, esp Tom. They wont help you when you need them. Dont deserve a star, use some other state farm without a doubt in your mind.

  This is my dad's agency, and I've worked in it for a number of years (and I've been a policyholder for over a decade) so I know how well customers are treated, and how good the insurance coverage is. That's why they've been in business for over thirty years. Tom built his business brick-by-brick by cold-calling prospects (back when people used to do that) and earning word-of-mouth referrals.

  this agency and most of the folks in it are attentive and friendly. Mr. DeVries was our agent for several years, then I went with a friend whose agency farmed my policy out to a couple of companies (home separate from vehicles) for lower prices. Yes I paid less, but there was never one person to speak to that had memory of a claim I made; they were clueless and unresponsive. I was glad to be back with the DeVries team. They remembered who I was from the first time and continue to deal with my questions immediately

  I've been with Tom DeVries for over ten years and have never had any problems with claims or response. Without exception everyone in the office has always been very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Tom and his agency to anyone who is looking for an honest, fair State Farm agent.
