- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you have half an hour to spend at the bank when you planned on taking five minutes then this is the place for you. Whenever i go there it takes at least 5 minutes for anyone to even notice that i am there in my car and then it takes a minimum of 15 minutes for them to do a simple transaction that would normally take 2 minutes at another bank. They are rude and not helpful. And their website needs to be updated. The Okemos location is the worst banking experience i have ever had.By A Google User, September 26, 2017
